Foods for baby 4 to 6 months...


You might be wondering on what type of foods that your baby can consume. Here are the basic ingredient of preparing baby solid foods:-

Cereals and grains: Rice, Oat or barley



Fruits                   : Avocado, apples, bananas or pears



Vegetables           : Sweet potatoes or green bean



Protein                 : None

Dairy                   : None
