Colic is a common problem for babies. It usually happen to baby which is below 5 months. Colic tends to peak around babies at 6 weeks. You can know it is colic when his belly enlarged, baby keep on crying and alternately extends or pulls up his leg.

Colic happens due to immature and sensitive digestive system. Which means, digestive tract contains very few of the enzymes and digestive juices needed to break down food, so processing the proteins in breast milk or formula lead to painful gas....

On part 2, I will evaluate more on how to cope with colic.

info from babycenter.com.my

Lately my baby always suffer separation anxiety when I want to send my little Hannah to nursery. I was really upset to leave her like that. She always cry when I about to leave her and she seems comfortable when I'm around her. After doing some research on separation anxiety, here are some info that I wish to share with mommies out there:

Coping with separation anxiety

  1. Try not to draw farewells or let yourself get emotinal in response to your baby's crying
  2. Stay away once you say goodbye
  3. Call when you get where you're going
  4. Spend some special time togethet when you pick up your baby
  5. Let other person in family do the drop-off as other alternative
